Pros: I'm pleased I can get lettuce wraps to accommodate my way of eating, and pleased with the friendliness of sweet staff. My burger and zucchini was yummy. But burger a little cold.
Cons: drive thru took forever. I'm used to the high pace efficiency of In n Out. Drive thru speaker was muffled. I had to repeat order many times. IMO management needs to replace speaker so staff can effectively serve!
I don't usually eat fast food but if I'm in the area need to get something quick (but not too quick!) I would come back. -

Unpleasant cleanliness and staff. Even if it is fast food, the food here never looks fresh at the slightest. They really shouldn't be cleaning someones table when they are eating there...
Tried the plant based beyond meat burger, pretty decent, hard to tell it's not meat.
Many times, there is a language barrier between customers and workers... -

I just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line while the manager argued with the customer in front of me over coupons. When I finally got to the window I was given the food that had been sitting there for fifteen minutes and was literally cold. Had to pull around front and go inside to ask for it to be remade. Idiots.

Eating here was rather unpleasant. The staff were obnoxiously loud. I'm at the other end of the building and I can hear them cackling and hollering to each other in Spanish. Even the staff sweeping the floor is yelling back into the kitchen right next to my ear talking nonstop.

Went here with some friends to try their impossible/beyond burger. Service was terrible and slow. As was the food. 1 Star cause the employees will talk shit in Spanish when they think you don't understand it. Not even smart with it
